Back Pain Comes From Many Little Things
When people hear the words “back pain“, they automatically think of something stemming from a traumatic injury like a car accident, skiing wipeout, etc. Rarely, do they think of their posture, body type or environment. Unfortunately, the majority of chronic back pain conditions stem from these causes and NOT a one time event. That is what we are going to address in our Back Pain Tips series starting this week.
What To Look For
We’ll be posting these tips in between our regular articles on back pain. You’ll be able to scan the blog and find them either by the “Back Pain Tips” category or you can just look for the graphic above which we’ll use in each of these articles. Our goal here is to value your time and make it easy for you to find these tips when you need them. I don’t know about you, but I positively hate having to scan a blog to find something the search engines said was there. In fact, I won’t do it. So just in case you get sent here and the tip you need isn’t on the first page all you have to do is select the “Back Pain Tip” category in the right sidebar and they’ll all be there for you in the blink of an eye. No scanning or scrolling required.
